What you'll do

• Provide standardized medical-surgical care to Level I trauma patients upon arrival
• assist with triage, initial assessment, and rapid stabilization
• document patient status and interventions in electronic medical records
• monitor progress and escalate concerns
• collaborate on care plans
• follow trauma protocols, safety standards, and quality metrics
• educate patients and families
• participate in rounds and handoffs
• assist with performance data collection and quality improvement.
