Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — Meriden

The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Meriden, CT, with flexible scheduling and a minimum availability of 20 hours per week or as needed. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures and lead by example
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
