What you'll do

• Monitor primary SCADA and ancillary systems for health and availability
• resolve frontline problems and coordinate repairs with EMS Department personnel or other company personnel
• notify key customers about system outages and events that may affect critical systems
• provide process-improvement input and customer feedback to the Team Lead and Supervisor
• track and document cases through completion
• follow electronic and physical access policies
• monitor and support business continuity and disaster recovery systems.
