The Customer Service Representative – Counter Sales role is onsite in South Glens Falls, NY. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The position serves customers at Noble Gas Solutions retail locations and reports to the Branch Manager. The role supports sales and customer service by helping walk-in and call-in customers, processing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and keeping the showroom and facility organized. It also assists with warehouse and inventory operations.

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with product needs and merchandise
• prepare sales orders, quotes, and records
• enter sales and quote information in TIMS
• process payments and follow cash-handling policies
• package purchases and help load merchandise
• support shipping, receiving, inventory, labeling, and organization
• restock displays
• manage cylinder stock
• follow safety standards
• maintain product pricing and literature
• keep the showroom and facility clean.

Why this role

Requires a valid New York State driver’s license and ability to operate a liftgate. High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of product, warehouse, or sales experience and/or training preferred.
