What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures for access control and emergency response
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with directions
• prepare incident reports and communicate with hospital staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
