Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — Night Shift

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Southport, NC, with compensation of $10–$16 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, hygiene, and comfort
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, and physical condition
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage companionship and participation in community activities
• maintain clean, organized, safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures and respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
