Client Retention Specialist

What you'll do

• Contact clients by phone as the primary company contact
• set daily collection goals and maintain accurate customer information
• review sales rental orders for compliance and approval
• manage past-due accounts and work with clients on affordable plans
• explain the benefits of timely rental or lease renewal payments
• assist coworkers during peak activity, absences, and planned time off.

Why this role

A valid driver’s license and compliant driving record are required. Rent-to-own experience is desirable but not necessary; customer service, sales, call center, or collections experience is preferred but not required. The store is closed Sundays and closes at 5 p.m. Saturdays and 6 p.m. weekdays.
