Real Estate Analyst

Job overview

The Real Estate Analyst role is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, with at least three office days per week. The base salary range is $83,200–$98,571 per year, plus the opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus. HR&A Advisors advises public, private, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients on city-building and quality-of-life initiatives. Analysts develop research and analysis that form the substance of client work products. The role contributes to data-driven planning and development decisions through market analysis, financial modeling, policy review, and clear reports and presentations.

What you'll do

• Conduct real estate and housing market analysis and research
• prepare real estate pro formas
• analyze demographic data
• perform statistical and econometric analysis
• support infrastructure funding and financing strategies
• model fiscal and economic impacts
• research case studies
• review public policy and regulation
• create GIS maps
• prepare reports, presentations, Excel models, marketing materials, and proposals.
