What you'll do

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
• paint rooms, apartments, hallways, doors, and frames
• mow and maintain grounds
• service mowers
• perform snow removal and salt entrances when required
• conduct routine heating and air-conditioning maintenance and basic repairs
• maintain coolers, freezers, ice machines, and boilers
• respond to emergency calls and other assigned maintenance needs.
