What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and product sensitivity and presentation guidelines
• follow food safety rules
• place expo-ready food in the window
• keep recipes current
• clean and stock the kitchen
• communicate ticket times and issues
• complete prep work and line checks
• maintain product rotation
• operate and maintain equipment.
