The manager plans, implements, and oversees global oncology clinical studies from start-up through close-out. The role coordinates sites, vendors, budgets, timelines, trial materials, and documentation to support compliant study execution and the company's clinical development programs.
What you'll do
- Manage global Phase 1–3 oncology trials in accordance with the clinical development plan, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
- recruit study sites and build investigator relationships
- support site and vendor selection, qualification, and activation
- develop RFPs
- assist with contract review and negotiation
- manage CRO, IRT, laboratory, ECG, and imaging vendors
- monitor enrollment, trial materials, and biological samples
- review monitoring reports
- provide progress updates
- assist with budgets, protocols, consent forms, SOPs, study materials, eCRF and IRT design, and data cleaning
- mentor clinical team members.
