Corporate Account Executive — Richmond, VA

The Corporate Account Executive role is for candidates located in the greater Richmond area, with customer and partner travel within the territory. Compensation is $220,000–$360,000 in target on-target earnings, including base salary and potential commission. The role supports NetApp’s Corporate Segment and its cloud, data, storage, security, and AI platform offerings. The account executive develops corporate and mid-market customer relationships, identifies new opportunities, and guides buyers through data infrastructure decisions. By managing pipeline and deal execution and coordinating internal and partner teams, the role contributes to customer outcomes and growth in NetApp’s business.

What you'll do

• Understand corporate and mid-market customer strategies and modernization priorities
• connect customer needs to NetApp’s platform and solution areas
• identify whitespace and new opportunities, including VMware displacement and cloud optimization
• manage pipeline, forecasts, qualification, and deal execution
• coordinate pursuit teams including inside sales, partners, and specialists
• activate partner relationships
• guide customer discovery, value proposals, ROI and TCO discussions
• plan territory pipeline through outreach, campaigns, and partner sourcing
• support post-sale handoff to Customer Success. Travel within the territory is required.
