What you'll do

• Supervise site supervisors, leads, and cleaning staff, including coaching, hiring, and onboarding
• establish operating standards, staffing models, schedules, and task calendars
• manage regional budget, P&L, labor and supply forecasts, payroll, purchase orders, and variance review
• maintain staffing coverage
• lead client meetings and address escalations
• conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs/SLAs
• standardize processes and training
• resolve complaints and operational issues
• ensure safety and compliance
• manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and vendors
• support site startups and contract transitions.
