What you'll do

• Assist customers in person and by phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries
• manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
• qualify and route inbound leads
• maintain CRM/ERP records and follow-ups
• prepare quotes
• coordinate vendors
• maintain organized documentation
• pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory
• keep the showroom and warehouse clean and safe.
