What you'll do

• Maintain logs of store visits and their focus
• support managers and stores that need help meeting metrics or staffing coverage
• maintain expert knowledge of client products and services
• travel to new locations for opening-team training and to stores for new initiatives or systems
• develop in-store training activities
• uphold business standards with managers
• evaluate training programs and recommend improvements
• enforce policies and procedures
• identify learning needs and help employees use the learning management system.
