What you'll do

• Oversee shift startup and shutdown, production schedules, staffing, equipment issues, and supplies
• manage and train production personnel
• analyze processes and troubleshoot production
• adjust injection molding equipment and robotics
• assist with machine and mold maintenance
• lead shift safety, quality, and delivery meetings
• complete production and shift reports
• support employee relations
• and participate in audits and quality reviews as requested.
