What you'll do

• Provide personal care under the supervising nurse’s direction
• follow care plans
• assist with hygiene, meals, ambulation, activities, and routine housekeeping
• provide simple emotional support
• report changes in client condition or home situation
• prepare visit reports and coordinate visit schedules
• attend required in-service training
• work within the aide’s scope of practice.
