Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator

The Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator role is onsite in Redmond, OR. Pay is $19–$25 per hour, based on experience. What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments
• communicate schedule changes, delays, and appointment details
• coordinate with technicians, installers, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors
• schedule inspections and outside contractors
• maintain job files and customer records
• assist with reports and administrative support
• organize the service calendar and routes
• follow up with customers.
