What you'll do

• Manage assigned property and facility improvements
• draft bid documents and prepare contracts
• maintain project schedules, staffing, materials, logistics, and communications
• define project scopes and objectives
• prepare budgets, secure approvals, and award contract work
• supervise work onsite and review quality and progress
• track costs and provide analysis
• communicate with project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and building or municipal officials.
