High school diploma or G.E.D. Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting to 50 lbs on occasion. Familiarity with managing phone lines in a moderately loud environment is also necessary.
