What you'll do

• Enter, code, and route vendor and subcontractor invoices using accurate cost codes and classes
• match invoices to purchase orders and subcontracts and route exceptions for approval
• prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs
• maintain the daily cash log and post customer deposits
• perform monthly bank and vendor statement reconciliations
• complete month-end close tasks, including prepaid amortization, accruals, fixed asset additions, and balance sheet reconciliations
• prepare and submit the monthly Florida sales and use tax return
• review field timecards for job and cost-code accuracy before payroll cutoffs.
