What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one interventions for an assigned caseload and ensure face-to-face interventions
- facilitate New Client Orientation
- obtain consumer signatures on accountability logs at the end of each session
- enter daily progress notes into the EHR within 24 hours of service
- electronically sign locked notes within 24 hours
- submit weekly time summaries with progress notes and accountability logs.
