What you'll do

• Hire, manage, coach, and develop outside sales professionals
• lead account planning
• reinforce goals and CRM use
• evaluate territory needs, participate in sales calls, and approve proposals
• maintain partner relationships
• participate in customer business reviews
• support customer satisfaction
• track technology and certification changes
• prepare forecasts
• travel up to 50% within the region.
