What you'll do

• Assist with project estimates, material procurement, subcontract issuance, and project meetings
• coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies
• help establish and monitor project objectives, costs, timelines, budgets, policies, performance expectations, and safety standards
• monitor equipment and supply maintenance
• administer contract changes, payments, rentals, timesheets, billing, and expenses
• assist with project release and closeout
• maintain project files
• help expedite CADD/BIM work.
