What you'll do

• Assist or supervise daily living and personal care while promoting independence
• follow individual and behavioral support plans
• support meals and prescribed diets
• communicate respectfully with people supported and their networks
• collect data and maintain documentation
• assist with community activities
• administer medications and document according to procedures
• observe and report health changes
• support household upkeep and safety
• transport people as needed
• complete required training and compliance reporting.
