The Chemical Flaking Stand-Up Forklift Operator I — Night Shift role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, paying $21 per hour. The operator reports to the Flaking Supervisor and supports the Flaking department’s production goals. The role operates material-handling and production equipment, moves processed materials, and performs changeovers and equipment care. It contributes to continuous department operations while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule that includes every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• transport supersacks to warehouse storage
• operate supersack and filling machines
• perform facility and equipment washouts and changeovers
• document manufactured product
• maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
• perform autonomous maintenance
• transfer inventory using electronic scanning and paperwork
• support continuous improvement
• follow safety, environmental, quality, and hazardous-waste procedures.
