What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Volvo regions and dealership accounts
• review KPIs and identify performance gaps
• train dealership teams in lead handling and customer engagement
• evaluate and optimize BDC and call center operations
• conduct on-site and virtual visits
• deliver recommendations and action plans
• analyze CRM and performance data
• provide reporting and recurring updates
• deliver workshops and training
• manage travel schedules, expenses, and visit documentation.
