Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager — Short Pump Town Center

The Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager role is onsite in Henrico, Virginia. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. The manager leads seasonal photo operations, staffing, sales, and guest service at the site. The role coordinates the team and venue partners to help families enjoy a smooth, memorable Santa visit and photo experience throughout the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage
• recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members
• oversee daily operations and site performance
• drive sales and team performance
• handle cash procedures, deposits, and financial paperwork
• coach staff on guest service
• coordinate with venue partners and vendors
• resolve guest concerns
• manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
