What you'll do

• Travel to customer locations to install and set up opto-mechanical and laser systems
• perform maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot using data, logs, and diagnostics
• configure and update hardware, software, and firmware
• train customers
• document service visits and customer feedback
• collaborate with engineering and support teams
• follow laser safety protocols
• oversee packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of spares.
