Lean Transformation Manager

The Lean Transformation Manager is an onsite role based in Willimantic, CT. Compensation is not specified for this full-time position, which focuses on driving site-wide Lean strategy. This role exists to own the transformation agenda, partner with the Site Director, and deliver measurable business impact across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The manager will lead Kaizen events and build a Lean culture.

What you'll do

• Build and drive a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner directly with the Site Director to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow, constraint removal, and cost transformation.
• Develop operators, supervisors, and leaders into capable problem solvers.
