• Prepare socioeconomic profiles and maintain housing-unit case files
• visit units at least annually or as needed
• coordinate with property administrators regarding resident situations and lease compliance
• refer residents to agencies
• prepare case reports and socioeconomic studies as requested
• participate in administrative hearings
• submit required reports
• explain reasonable accommodation requests
• coordinate resident services and community activities
• maintain confidentiality and professional social-work ethics.
