What you'll do

• Support restaurant policies, procedures, standards, and training
• ensure responsive guest service and consistent food preparation
• manage cash handling and receipts
• train and supervise staff
• monitor inventory, supplies, and deliveries
• prepare schedules and reports
• address guest complaints
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment
• assist with food preparation or service as needed.
