The interventionist works one-on-one with children to build emotional regulation, daily living, relationship, and independence skills. By following individualized behavioral plans and supporting family routines, the role helps children strengthen skills for home, school, and community life.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children using neurodevelopmental activities
• follow individualized behavioral plans
• use role-modeling, coaching, and redirection
• create activities based on each child's interests and goals
• support family routines and structures
• model supportive behavioral strategies
• maintain First Aid/CPR and CPI certifications
• perform safety holds only when necessary for immediate risk, following paid training.
