What you'll do
- Assist attorneys with securities litigation, including cite checking, fact checking, and proofreading
- conduct legal and factual research
- manage document review and e-discovery using platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw
- assist with government-entity requests for proposals
- and coordinate and track complex motion filings in federal and state courts.
