The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Skilled Nursing, Weekend Overnight role is onsite in Falls Church, VA, with compensation of $45–$53 per hour. The position supports resident care at Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property. The supervisor leads nursing personnel on the assigned unit while providing direct resident care and coordinating care plans, medications, treatments, documentation, and communication with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. The role helps ensure residents’ needs are met and facility policies and applicable regulations are followed.

What you'll do

• Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants
• support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• assess changes in resident status and notify physicians and representatives
• transcribe and carry out physician orders
• administer medications and perform wound treatments as ordered
• provide assigned direct care
• conduct rounds
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• update care plans
• maintain supplies and report incidents or concerns.
