What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while following site security procedures and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed vehicle patrols of community grounds and access areas
• monitor visitors and credentials
• report suspicious activity or policy violations
• respond professionally to incidents and alarms
• and maintain reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs. EMT certification, an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
