Customer Success Specialist

The role connects customer feedback with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.

What you'll do

• Nurture customer accounts and support retention
• use system alerts and automated workflows to track reorder cycles and identify friction
• provide post-sale support, repurchase quotes, and product migration assistance
• resolve complex support requests and ticket escalations through HubSpot
• route qualified growth opportunities to Sales
• track customer success metrics and maintain CRM records.
