What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• carry out security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and access concerns
• patrol facility interiors, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• assist with visitor direction and access procedures
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
