What you'll do

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and prospecting. Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects. Quote and sell personal lines and life insurance
• conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage. Build client and referral relationships, maintain an organized sales pipeline, document activity, and work toward monthly sales and production goals. Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.
