What you'll do

• Respond to client requests across email, live chat, phone and social media
• assist with online purchases, order status, delivery, payment and technical issues
• provide personalized beauty advice
• support loyalty and customer relationship inquiries
• encourage purchases and cross-selling
• collect client data and opt-ins
• resolve complaints and follow up with dissatisfied clients
• process orders and maintain interaction records.
