The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoon Hours role is onsite in Augusta, GA, with part-time hours and flexible shifts based on availability. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. SilverSwing ABA provides evidence-based services intended to support children and their families. The RBT provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or clinics, follows treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, documents client progress, and works with families and team members to support client success in a safe, positive setting.
