Telephone Service Representative

Job overview

The Telephone Service Representative role is hybrid in Fishers, IN, with up to 90 days fully in-office during the probationary period. Pay is $20 per hour plus monthly performance-based bonuses. Bee Window is an Indiana residential window and door installation company, and this role supports its Call Center and Outside Sales team.

What you'll do

• Generate qualified leads and set appointments through high-volume outbound calls
• make 350–400 calls per day
• work new and aged leads
• document call outcomes and lead status in MarketSharp
• use RingCentral and the Get Next Lead queue
• participate in coaching and call reviews
• track performance metrics
• handle objections professionally and follow scripts and call-quality standards.

Why this role
