What you'll do

• Review incoming applications for risk, KYC/KYB information verification, and technical errors
• communicate detected patterns internally and with clients
• underwrite applications and investigate fraud involving applications or transactions
• respond to client and internal support inquiries and escalations and law-enforcement inquiries
• perform periodic and high-risk reviews
• support special projects and policy and procedure writing
• adhere to SLA timelines.
