Manager, Trade Finance

The Manager, Trade Finance role is hybrid, based in Walnut Creek, CA, with four office days each week and flexible Fridays. The expected starting salary is $135,000–$155,000 per year. Kinder’s sells more than 100 food products nationwide and is expanding its trade finance capabilities. This role builds and maintains the reporting, automation, and data infrastructure used to manage trade investment. It supports better promotional spending decisions by overseeing accruals and performance reporting, analyzing promotional return on investment, and translating findings into practical recommendations for Sales and partner teams.

What you'll do

• Own trade analytics and reporting architecture
• build automated tools using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and VBA
• consolidate and validate data from trade promotion management, syndicated, and other systems
• manage monthly trade accruals and performance reporting
• analyze promotional ROI and volume
• develop scenario models and trade guardrails
• support settlement validation and retailer compliance monitoring
• train cross-functional partners.
