The Snow Removal Equipment Operator role is onsite in Boston, MA, with seasonal, weather-dependent work at assigned customer properties. The pay range is $35–$50 per hour. The operator uses loaders, skid steers, and other assigned equipment to clear snow and support ice management at commercial properties. The role contributes to safe, efficient site service by following site plans, protecting property, inspecting equipment, communicating conditions, and documenting work. Availability is required for incoming storms, including nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays; this is an on-call position.

What you'll do

• Operate authorized loaders, skid steers, and attachments
• clear snow from designated surfaces
• relocate snow to approved locations
• coordinate with plow operators, sidewalk crews, and supervisors
• assist with ice management and post-storm cleanup as assigned
• inspect and care for equipment
• report unsafe conditions and equipment issues
• monitor storm communications
• record time and site activity
• attend required preseason and safety training.
