The role exists to manage property operations and staff, support residents, maintain occupancy and financial processes, and keep the property and its services operating in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage property and staff under company policies and applicable laws
• show units and explain occupancy terms
• maintain waiting lists, screen applicants, prepare leases, and collect rents
• manage accounting entries, deposits, reports, petty cash, and budget activity
• assist with vendor selection and purchases
• resolve resident concerns and oversee activities
• support hiring, training, scheduling, and staff performance
• monitor maintenance, unit readiness, common areas, and marketing.
