The role leads customer implementations from initial scope through go-live, coordinating technical setup, validation, training, and stakeholder alignment. It helps healthcare customers adopt the platform successfully and reach value from their implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding projects from scope through validation, enablement, go-live, and closeout
• coordinate data connections and ingestion from EHR and practice-management systems using APIs, SFTP, HL7 feeds, or flat files
• configure business rules, workflows, profiles, listings, call tracking, and text messaging
• run checkpoints, phased launches, and validation
• educate technical teams and business users
• manage milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and next steps
• partner with Customer Success, Support, Education, Sales, and technical teams.
