What you'll do

• Manage IT infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, software, and technology assets
• maintain backups and recovery readiness
• develop cybersecurity controls and coordinate incident response
• manage business systems and Microsoft 365
• provide and organize employee IT support
• manage technology vendors, projects, and budget activities
• maintain IT policies and documentation
• support continuity and disaster recovery procedures
• provide occasional support outside normal business hours for critical outages, incidents, upgrades, or emergencies.
