What you'll do
- Monitor nursing practices and 24-hour nursing care
- assist the Director of Nursing with oversight of the Health Care Unit and Assisted Living
- guide nursing management and staff compliance
- support new-hire orientation and performance reviews
- facilitate quality assurance audits and corrective action plans
- manage employee education and training
- monitor employee health processes
- ensure licensed staff follow procedures for controlled drugs.

Why this role
