What you'll do

• Greet customers and verify identification and documentation
• conduct consultations and address standard questions or complaints, escalating issues to management
• listen to customer needs and educate them about cannabis products and their effects
• use selling and cross-selling techniques
• verify, label, package, and fulfill orders
• organize stock and conduct inventory counts
• handle cash and use the point-of-sale system
• maintain accurate dispensary records
• follow security and safety protocols
• help organize displays and maintain a clean environment.
